JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for a driven and committed HR consultant who wants to contribute with their experience and expertise. You will join a department with great commitment, good collaboration, and an open and inclusive work climate.
This is an exciting position for you who want to combine operational work with strategic planning. As an HR consultant with us, you will have a broad and developing role where you will:
- Provide support and advice to managers on personnel issues with a particular focus on labor law, interpretation of laws and agreements, rehabilitation, work environment, and personnel matters.
- Develop, implement, and follow up HR processes.
- Plan and conduct training and development initiatives.
- Support in organizational and restructuring issues.
In addition to this, you also have the opportunity to develop in one or more specialist areas.
To thrive and succeed in the role, you are solution-oriented, structured, and find it easy to work systematically with multiple tasks simultaneously. You prioritize and drive your work forward in an independent and thoughtful manner. You have a high communicative ability both in writing and verbally.
It is desirable if you have experience with various HR support systems such as WinLas, Visma, Miljödata.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a university degree in HR or another education that we assess as equivalent.
OTHER
If you are selected for employment, the employer will request an extract from the criminal record. The municipal board has decided that all new hires must present a criminal record extract before employment. The extract to be presented is the one for work within schools or preschools.
